He surprised me!

This man really surprised me.  At the end of the event everybody was taking pictures with me and he walked up asking for a photo just like everybody else.  So, in my usual fashion I signaled to my camera operator and told him to roll the tape.  I asked the man what he had

learned that afternoon.  His reply, "I have never seen a foreigner cry and really really mean what he says until I saw you speaking today sir Geof.  I thought all foreigners were hard people."  When I heard that I really had to pause for a minute and gather my thoughts.  If this man thinks that all foreigners are hard people, how are we presenting ourselves when we go out into the world?  What impressions do we leave behind after the party is over?  Have you ever thought about that? I sure did that day and I hope my actions reflect my diligence to leave a positive impression behind. I'm sure I have a lot to learn and repent for but at the least, I hope everybody knows that I love you all.
