Chicken Ranches are not bad places

They told me I we were going to a very secure chicken ranch.  I thought it was going to be a flithy place with chickens smashed into tiny little cages filled with chicken crap and disease.  What I saw when I got there was completely the reverse.  First off I met Doc Fabulous and Doc Amazing.  

They're the two ladies in the white shirts.  Those ladies are so cool!  They were a bit nervous when we told them they would have to talk on camera a little but they did just fine.  It was indeed a blessing to meet them and see where they used to spend their waking hours for nearly 20 years.

Why are we all wearing white rubber boots you ask?  That's simple!  Every chicken shed is clean-room environment.  Before you can go in you wash your boots with water, then you step in some disinfectant.  Then you can go inside the sheds.  There's like 100,000 chickens inside each shed! Every six weeks a new batch of chickens move in and the previous residents get new digs at KFC, Burger King, McDonalds and other places us humans love to go....yes, they become your lunch.  Thank goodness that those chickens grew up in clean places, right?
