Real horsepower!

The film was shot in a horse barn.  The morning before we started shooting the whole barn was full of horses.  One of the cowboys jumped on a horse and drove them down the road out into the pasture for the day.  It's magnificent to see 50 horses run past you headed out to a field of green.  If you ever get a chance to experience wild horses running past, take it.  We stood at a corner of the road behind a gate and fence.  In spite of that we still thought the horses would run straight through us!  But they just turned and headed out instead.  Wow! the sound, the dust and the horsepower is incredible.  The ground rumbles as they run by you!
